We called in yesterday to book our holiday to Skiathos for 2027, Molly was as usual just wonderful.She didnt have to ask our names, she remembered us! After we booked that we then booked to go to Agadir in November.I just wanted to say thank you so much Molly, great service as always,you looked after us so well.

Our agent was receptive to what we requested, willing to spend time choosing the right location for me and my children. Friendly, knowledgeable and personable. I have never been in branch to book a holiday before, but would recommend Hays Travel to anyone thinking of booking a holiday and just wanting the reassurance that everything is well explained and taken care of of for you.
