Really surprised how quick and helpful it was popping am normally the hard work customer who can’t decide on that perfect get away to pick and charleigh was amazing found me a fantastic holiday straightaway av been with hays for years know and always been fantastic wouldn’t go anywhere else 🙂

Exceptional service
After spending a stressful morning trying to book a holiday on line we decided to go to our local Heys travel agent and what a difference it made .From the moment that we sat down the lady called Helen was amazing She talked us through our requirements ,made suggestions ,and before we knew it was given a folder with everything we needed for our chosen holiday .
Would definitely recommend Hays travel and would be more than happy to choose them again.

I've booked with Hays Travel, for that long I can't even remember. I've found Everything I Need, Your Staff (Especially James) I've Found Very Reliable Professional and Friendly. (Even If I Do his Head in)James is Very Pleasant and Doesn't Rush You, or Push You Into Something You Don't Want. That's One of the reasons I Always Go To Hays 🙂👍
