I have booked with Hayes before and travel agent Sarah at Birkenhead branch is very efficient and does her best to meet my needs
Sarah is warm and approachable and always gets the best travel deal.

Amelia was brilliant
Amelia was brilliant ! She understood what we wanted and provided us with exactly that ! She’s very professional, friendly and greeted us with a smile.
We managed to sort out our travel insurance with some help and grabbed our currency whilst there and was very happy with the lovely lady who served us.
