Sean was super helpful and friendly and helped us with every aspect of our holiday for 2025

We only use yourselves when booking our trips and holidays as we feel it is more personal and the team remember us and it is a very nice feeling as it comes across that the team really wants us to have the best time imaginable and that they look for the best possible deals for us to save some money

I saw a deal on Hays’ Facebook page and wanted to book so I emailed their Birkenhead store. Within 15 minutes I had a response from a member of staff named ‘Rachel’. She handled my booking quickly and with ease. She was also really helpful and friendly.
