Staff very pleasant and welcoming.Although we had been to the resort before we were given new info.All together a pleasant and professional experience.

As always, Imogen and the team at Birtley managed to secure another long haul reservation for me and this time at very short notice!

Imogen is so patient and I’m sure goes above and beyond to be so helpful in meeting the holiday spec I’d like.

The Birtley store team is always friendly and welcoming; and as a customer I’ve always felt comfortable in visiting the store.

Fantastic as always. Welcoming and professional staff for booking holidays, flights or sorting currency. Can’t single out member of staff - they are all amazing, know their customers and provide amazing in store and after care experience, taking all the stress out of planning.

as soon as I walked in the shop the girls were lovely i was served by Jill she put me at ease as I am going on holiday by myself for the first time .she was very helpful with choosing my holiday nothing was a bother to her so glad I went into hay's travel birtley and recomend it to everyone ..
