Although we haven’t been on our holiday yet, I wanted to leave a review for the fantastic service we received so far. Abbeygale has been absolutely brilliant – very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire booking process. She took care of everything for us, including flights, seat selection, meals, and even managed to arrange some lovely upgrades. She made the whole experience completely stress-free, and we feel really confident and excited about our upcoming trip to Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Thank you,

We were dealt with by Ruby from the Bishops Stortford branch, she was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. She sorted out our holiday and phoned us back with updates and details, we were very satisfied with the service we received and would use Hayes Travel again.

The lady who served us was exceptional! Paula Roberson was extremely helpful knowledgeable and not pushy. She have have lots of options and tried to get us the best deal.

The member of staff who served us (Molly) was very polite and extremely knowledgeable of the type of holiday that we were looking for.

We had a great experience booking with Hays.
Normally we book separate accommodation and flights but this time we wanted everything organised for us and also helpful suggestions which we received from Chloe. She acted professionally and knowledgeable with a calming exterior. We did take 3/4 days to book as we wanted everything to be perfect. We felt that Chloe allowed that time for us but we knew we could ring or pop to the shop to speak to her at anytime.
We have now booked successfully and look forward to the holiday that Chloe and Hays have planned for myself and my husband.

Exceptional service and the staff member Paula was so helpful and friendly

Travel agent was very informative with details concerning hotel we have booked. We do need her to clarify that all is ok now at the hotel regarding food as people have been getting a stomach bug there through undercooked food and raw goods. We didn’t realise this until we checked when we got home.

Nothing too much trouble for staff. Confidence in them keeps us going back. We will not go elsewhere and are thankful for their advice and efforts.

Great experience

I cannot recommend Abbie in the bishops Stortford branch enough. She is very helpful with a friendly smile. Happy to talk through holiday options & answer any questions I have had. She clearly wants you to get the best out of your holiday so you sit back and relax as soon as you get there.

First time I had used a travel agent in longer than I can recall. Why did I stop? So much easier to have someone else do the dealings even when one was for a group that they had not dealt with before.

It’s been a great start, though they do need a coffee machine…
