Jacob was responsive and provided what was requested at a busy time, remembering to check key details and advising accordingly giving alternatives

We were inundated with options online so we were recommended to speak to Hayley at Hays. We told her a bit about ourselves and what we were looking for.
She came back with the most incredible prices and beautiful destinations. We were beyond happy. Hayley understood what we were looking for and we were able to tweak things. It was a very easy process. We won’t be trying online again. Too expensive and too complicated. Hayley and Hays made the search so simple.

We went to Hays Travel as we couldn't decide where we wanted to go on holiday. The staff were very helpful and provided us with suggestions and options, based on what we were looking for out of a holiday, and we were happy to accept one of them. There were a couple of queries we had before departing, which were resolved with great charm and assurance.

You walk into the travel agents with some ideas of the holiday you want,and together with their experience ,knowledge and current information,not forgetting their very friendly manner,walk out already counting the days to your next holiday.All personal at this branch are very helpful,but Carole in particular gave us a lot of advice and time

Very helpful, took time to explore options

My requirements were listened to and Kerry acted at pace to find options for me. The team in her absence put my holiday through the next day and we’re all aware of my booking, so great communication! The only thing I would’ve liked were a few more photos and details around the trips and location. There were a few technical hitches on the system, but again the team worked calmly and professionally to resolve them, which put me at ease. My only other point I’d raise is the quote changed over night from half board to bed and breakfast only for the same price for my booking, which I hadn’t been made aware could happen, leaving me with no option but to pay more for the same holiday. Again the lady processing my holiday was brilliant and explained that happens sometimes but looked to see if she could find any discounts for my trip, she couldn’t find any but it was a lovely gesture that she tried and very much appreciated as going above and beyond.
