Was great to speak to someone face to face to book a holiday I hadn’t done it for about 20yrs

We would just like to say that we were very very happy with our first experiance using Hay's in Blaby. For the last few years we have always gone to Warners and we are Premium members giving us 15% off spending, but their standerd has dropped so we decided to give Hay's a try. Evie was very helpful and she found the break that looks perfect for us and we will report our experience when we return in April

We have booked 2 holidays and both times the staff have been very knowledgeable about the holidays
