We had been seriously let down by Tui and Steph, the manager at the Blackburn branch, immediately put our minds at rest that she would find us an alternative holiday. Accepted Hays invitation to attend Newmarket Holidays in branch event. Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in our request for information on a Japanese tour holiday. So much so, we booked for April 2027.
