Great place to book holidays. Staff are very knowledgeable friendly and never rush or pressure you. I don’t book on line anymore as they get the same prices and sometimes better deals

Great customer service, professional, friendly, patient, walked into store and was greeted with a friendly smile, and asked how they could help. Pointed us in the direction of Derryn. There was quite a few requirements that we needed to look for going to Barcelona and the location was extremely important he was very patient found exactly what we needed. Very pleased with everything Thank you

Excellent service
I walked in and was seen to right away by Wayne. He was very helpful and booked my flights that i wanted. I use this branch every time to book my flights. Overall i have never had a bad experience with them

Good old fashioned customer service is alive and well
We came into the shop knowing exactly what we wanted. Kieran dealt with us and was amazing. We have the holiday we wanted thanks to Kieran. His knowledge and patience is unbelievable. He genuinely cares for your clients.
