I had a very warm welcome
I had a very warm welcome by a lovely young lady called Erin, she was so kind and friendly, as was all the staff at Hays, Erin gently guided me through all the details in my booking for my cruise, she really was so patient nothing was too much trouble.
On the whole my experience with hays was fantastic and I look forward to using you again for future holidays.
