We booked our holiday with Lorraine at the bluewater store. She was really helpful and so lovely, she really helped make the process easy and simple x

we went to bluewater hays travel and was greeted by a lovely lady Kathleen ,she was so friendly and very helpful. It was our first time with hays travel and will definitely choose them again

The overall experience was exceptional. Wanting desperately to get away we went into Hays Bluewater on a whim - and came out with a tailor-made escape managed by Gracie. She was attentive to our needs, recommending and discounting options. Her knowledge of 'the product' was impressive and from start to finish she was professional, courteous and an absolute credit to the team.
Thanks also to Louisa for organising our currency - also to Evie, who the following day made some changes to our booking. Once again, both girls were great representives and clearly enjoy their role as Travel Consultants.

I can honestly say I will never book another holiday online - Hays Travel is the way to go for me in the future and Gracie ... I will be back to book that cruise. Thank you all so very much.

The lady was very helpful and found me the perfect holiday was in and out within half an hour and our holiday all booked 😊

Gracie was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient! We haven’t booked with a travel agent for years as we book direct, but will certainly return to Hays Travel to book again.
