We had a brilliant response booking our holiday we had decided on one holiday but unfortunately it wasn’t right for us the lady in the shop spent nearly an hour looking for the right holiday which ended up just what we wanted excellent service would alway use Hays Travel.

Polite and friendly staff. Great service and advice. Relaxed atmosphere, no pressure.

Lucie in Bognor was so helpful and knowledgeable which made us book straight away
It was great that she had first hand experience of the ship we booked and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Lucie and the bognor store
