Served by a lovely young lady called Dahla, the staff were very friendly and made us feel at home, I would definitely recommend Hayes travel bootle strand.

First time visiting Hays travel. Found it to be a great experience. Dahla your travel assistant was very professional and price matched our online holiday booking to Cyprus. The process was very easy for us to understand with the flight times and accommodation.

I was listened to about what type…
I was listened to about what type holiday I wanted, where I wanted and special needs I needed with myself being a wheelchair user. Regarding needs at the airport, getting on the plane and transport to get to the hotel and back to the airport as I am able to get up and down steps on a coach and because I am bringing my power chair with me.

Highly recommend
Went in branch as I could not find the holiday I wanted as it was a little bespoke. The staff in store knew exactly what I needed and was able to keep to the budget. Booked it there and then. Will definitely be back for my next holiday
