The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and never try to push you into anything. I have booked 2 family holidays in the Bradford shop one with Angela and one with Abigail and both ladies have been absolutely fantastic

We into Hayes Bradford to book a cruise in the Mediterranean for next year seeing it will be our 25th wedding anniversary and wanted something special. We had been on a break to Berlin in May and was delighted with our stay and the arrangements made by Angela for me and my wife. So we came back to book a cruise. Lindsay searched and found us what we were looking for with the right company, and ship and destinations. We are impressed with the way Hayes works and Lindsay mentioned that your company is a good one to work for. She was very efficient and helpful in our expectations and we are looking forward to our holiday next year.

A very helpful young lady told her what we wanted and she found the perfect hotel and location. There was a work experience young lady with her just a shout out to say she was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Quick, easy, no fuss, got the hotel, flights that we wanted a little bit pricey, more than we normally pay but other than that all was great the young girl that looked after, [ sorry i forgot her name] was good she remembered me from January 2026, I was very impressed please pass this onto her.
