Had a great experience whilst booking my holiday. Sandra was very helpful and all the staff were very friendly. Was pointed to the app which helps me book excursions, which looks very helpful

Made me feel welcome when I walked in the door.sorted everything out with out no fuss.was very pleasant towards me.

Have used Hays for a number of years and always get the five star treatment, the staff always seem to find us the holiday we need at the best price and the knowledge of the staff is excellent, particularly Nicola at the branch we go to. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Due to illness I did my booking over the phone. I was booking to go back to the same hotel I had recently stayed in. They sent me dates and prices and times of flights from 2 different airports. I was then able to book my holiday and pay my deposit over the phone. I was sent my details via email. This is a wonderful service. Thank you
