Joslyn was a very competent member of your team, I have booked a few holidays with her,I've still got another 2 holidays booked for this year, and another 3 booked for next year,

All the staff are so friendly
Fiona goes above and beyond with her experience and is always very helpful and lovely

June the person who dealt with me was knowledgable and very helpful. She gave me a number of options to my request.

Total crap hotel in room was to small food was rubbish

My holiday experience with Hays travel was excellent. The booking process was easy and straightforward, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. They provided clear information about the trip and were always available to answer questions. Everything was well organised, from flights to accommodation, which made the holiday stress-free and enjoyable. I would happily use this travel agency again and recommend it to others. The travel agency provided excellent advice and recommended a travel money app, which made managing money abroad much easier.

This is the second time my friend and I have booked a Caledonian bus tour with Hays Travel at Braehead. We just booked the second one yesterday 24th June. We managed to get Jocelyn again, she's a lovely lady who knows exactly what we are looking for, she's very helpful and knows what she's talking about. 10/10

Jocelyn who attended to me was absolutely amazing. I went in to enquire about a holiday, and with in half an hour I was all booked up. Everything was so easy, no pushy sales talk, just down to earth.

Hi yes your staff was lovely smiley and had the patience with 4 of us in the shop 4 oap's enjoying and excited about getting away on holidays lol , took their time made us feel welcome and we were all happy at the end thank you x
