Always great staff friendly and Knowledgeable would highly recommend booking in the Bramhall branch

Louise the Manager spent an hour and a half searching suitable villas for our family (for next May/June) and battled with the Jet2 website that kept timing us out!

Louise and the team are not only professional and friendly but extremely helpful, understanding and knowledgeable across the board. From booking a long haul trip to Australia many months ago and then us having to re-think that travel schedule because of current political unrest in the Middle East. The Hays team worked their magic to resolve our concerns and worries and rebook the whole trip, changing airlines and route to ensure my son and I had the best possible experience. Called in to pay final balance on our Canada holiday in August and my wife enquired where is warm in January as it is a big birthday for her.Louise suggested a Caribbean cruise as there was some good deals to be had.She said she would email some options to us,which she did that afternoon,we looked at them,really surprised what great value they were.As a result we called in the next day after Shannon’s help we booked a seven night Barbados cruise and a three night stay in a hotel in St.Philippe.Throughout the whole process the customer service from Louise and Shannon was faultless,Shannon clearly explaining everything we need to know and Louise doing her best to get us a great deal.Shannon is a great asset to Hays Bramhall,she is very friendly calm and patient and it was a pleasure meeting her.We would have no hesitation in booking any kind of holiday in the future with Hays Bramhall

I called in to the Bramhall branch and was attended to by Louise the manager. She was really helpful and recommended the perfect holiday. Unfortunately the 2027 prices weren't out but she found an even better alternative. The flights were booked and all paperwork completed very efficiently. My only small gripe is that she didn't ring me when she said she would on a couple of occasions.

We booked a cruise with Lucy at the Bramhall branch. Excellent service, Lucy advised us on all the best options right down to which cabin we should select to avoid noise from late night revellers to staff early morning cleaning. Lucy was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble, despite my 101 questions. A real asset to your company
