We visited Hays Travel in Brentwood this week to get information on a trip to Vienna. Becky was very helpful, asked us lots of questions to pinpoint exactly what we wanted and we were happy to book. Becky then called us later as she had a discount code so she saved us more money. We would use Hays Travel again.

Always a pleasure to go into the local branch at Brentwood and get personal service, again got a great holiday.
