Excellent experience with Poppy who sorted out our requirements.

We went into Hays travel to enquire about a holiday. We saw Sarah who was friendly and so helpful. We asked lots of questions as I need assistance at the airport. I'm sure all the staff are helpful but is was Sarah that we saw

The staff at the Bridgwater Branch are knowledgeable and always welcoming.
Charley, our main Consultant was patient and did her best to answer all queries over a period of time. Throughout our contact she remained courteous and professional. Finally she sought a creative solution which met our needs.
The connective services such as booking a coach to the airport were also very much appreciated.

My husband and I booked a Sky Princess Cruise with Hays Travel in Bridgwater, Somerset. Our date of travel was from Southampton on the 24th March 2025.

Our travel agent, Poppy Rawle was extremely informative and very supportive, infact, nothing was too much trouble. It is this sort of service that gives us the confidence to book another holiday, which we will be doing in the very near future.
