Fast, efficient, friendly service from Cristian the manager. Booked several holidays with Hays Travel Bridlington, now booked xmas and new year away.

Hays Bridlington go above and Beyond, such lovely down to earth group of staff.

Very friendly and informative operative,explained everything clearly and offered further advice if required.The office was pleasant and cool,hot outside.

We book most of our holidays with Hays they are always welcoming even when it's busy. They have a great extent of knowledge about places and listen to what you would like to expect and 99% of the time get you a match for a great holiday.

Christian was fantastic. My partner and I knew we wanted a holiday but didn't have a clue on where we wanted to go. Christian had patience, asked great question to narrow it down then made excellent recommendations which resulted in us booking with him. The process was very straight forward.

I'm hard of hearing, Christian spoke very clearly which made it easy for me to lip read which I really appreciate.
