I would like to thank you for helping me book our holiday to Malta. I always book my own holidays on apps but as I get older it's getting harder with the Internet and remembering everything. I'm glad I made the decision to visit your shop. All the worry has gone. This is my second holiday I've booked with you in two days.

Having booked several holidays now through Hays Travel, I would highly recommend them, they go above and beyond to help with organising your holiday

Louise helped us find the perfect cruise at a great price, so helpful and patient, and very knowledgable. Second time we have booked through Hays, (and Louise!) Last year’s trip to Lake Garda was absolutely perfect too! Thankyou Louise and Hays!

The staff in hays travel bromborough are a delight to deal with. They are always so helpful and friendly. We always get great support from them too.

Really friendly helpful staff

The Bromborough shop is being refurbished and so I thought I wouldn't be able to book there until reopening 30th September! I phoned up and spoke to Sarah who reassured me that I could still book a holiday through them. The next day Gillian rang me and I was able to book next year's holiday in Kefalonia! All sorted!! Thank you girls! (We always book through Hay's Travel) ❤️🌹

We called in to book holidays for next year and as normal the service and welcome from Gill was absolutely outstanding, a total professional, nothing is ever too much trouble.
