Demi from the Bromley branch made the whole holiday booking experience so easy! She was professional and got my holiday a lot cheaper than I thought! Will be booking with her again next year.

Booking a cruise for a person with some disability
When booking very efficient.
However subsequently lack of clear information from PO, used by the assistant , caused me to have to engage in some very time consuming tasks to complete my holiday arngements.. Altho the agency did try to help I did not find them too enthusiastic and rather negative.
I have not used a travel agency for many years and I was looking forward to dealing with a 'real' person.
I think that in the future I shall think twice before booking travel in this manner.

The staff were amazing
The staff were amazing, attention to detail was amazing, its our first family holiday and it will be my daughters first time on an aeroplane ✈️ . They allowed my daughter to have input and search our holiday which made my daughter feel very included and special. Stacie took a picture of us once we booked our holiday which got us very excited about the whole thing. Thank you to all the staff at Hays travel bromley. Im sure we will be back soon for sure

I started my enquiry with your Chichester branch and was advised by Bethany who was very helpful. As I had specific needs she advised me to contact the hotel re rooms which I did. I then booked in the Bromley branch where again the service was very good
