Staff were friendly and listened to what we wanted. All our questions were answered and given clearly. Tricia went through all the options we had. Would definitely use Hays again and would recommend to family and friends.

Holidays planning moved from impossible to entirely possible at Hays travel Buckie
We only had experience with Iona , Hays travel , Buckie , who was exceptional at listening , organising , managing our needs /requests effectively. Iona checked out everything and confirmed every step verbally and written - a fantastic experience
