We went in just to see if you could compare to an online price we had seen. But once we arrived, right from the start, the staff were amazing and we so helpful. The Burnley store matched the online price and made us feel fantastic… they even took the time to talk to our children, and made them feel so special! Thank you, and we will definitely book with you again.

Rachel was amazing with us! Listened to what we wanted, what our budget was and got us a great deal!!

Hayes travel were very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were offered tea or coffee and everything that we wanted to know was explained very well. Will definitely use Hayes again.

Fantastic experience this being my first time using Hays Travel. Rachel the travel consultant could have not of done anything more than meet mine and my mums needs and her suggestion for our holiday ticked every box.

From when i went in to enquire about pricing a holiday up and also booking that holiday Goergia from Burnley shop was brilliant with me .I've been very down lately with family reasons. And she understood. Let me take my time .ladies who works in the shop was brilliant..I would recommend Hayes Burnley travel to anyone..

Amii our organiser was lovely, the other two girls helped with our choices and the atmosphere was great. It relaxed us and made choosing a holiday a happy experience.
