The rep was very helpful
The rep was very helpful, polite and went through everything throughly to make it easier to book our holiday and helped us get insurance and pre booked our plane seats too

The agent who served me listened and understood what I was looking for, she took her time making sure she looked for everything that meet my needs. She gave me information about the hotels and area we were looking at, which helped me make a clear decision. I always find the staff there friendly and helpful in this office and in this case the agent went above and beyond to help me choose my next holiday. The best travel agency in my area, In my opinion.

Booked my holiday with Amy and Olivia at the rock Bury. I have to say they were both absolutely fantastic. Their patience, knowledge and helpfulness was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them both. Very professional and I will definitely book with them again. They are both a credit to Hays travel.

First time cruise booking
Having never booked a cruise before I wanted some expert advice, which is exactly what I got. Jenni was so helpful and knowledgeable, explaining all our options clearly and made the whole booking process so straightforward. This experience would definitely make me recommend Hayes and I will be visiting them again soon.
