I wasn't expecting replies until Monday morning but she was still in contact throughout the weekend, to make sure we got the holiday we wanted. Fantastic service.

Quick and efficient

Joanne was very helpful when booking our holiday, she went through all options I had asked her finally opting for an holiday to Mexico, she explained everything I needed to know about the trip and dates etc.
After visiting the Pontefract shop a little later the staff members were very helpful with a minor issue I had and sorted it out, also managed to change our seat position on the plane, all the staff are very friendly and helpful.
I have used Hays travel agents before and wouldn’t use any other Travel agent.
I would definitely recommend Hays Travel in Pontefract.
