(We have renewed the 12 month scheme, although it isn’t clear if we would have to contact Rush Insurance or Allianz, There should there be an clearer emergency number to ring,

Liam had the patience of a saint, we had a destination in mind and had a last minute change of heart and he was able to answer all our queries and questions regarding other destinations and offered suggestions and allowed us time to go away and think about our options before returning to book our holiday
