Caroline did an amazing job. We are a group of 8 with different needs and requirements. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she researched alot to get us the right holiday.

Pleasure to deal with.
Caroline was great from the word go. We gave her a basic idea of what we would like, type of accommodation,flight duration etc and she came back with 6-8 different hotels to start looking at. We settled on one but still needed to sort passports. She saved our details for us to pick up later. In the mean time we stumbled across another we liked so contacted Caroline again with this one and about an hour she had us a deal sorted. Really friendly, knowledgeable and her years and experience in the travel industry are certainly apparent.
This is the 2nd holiday Caroline has sorted for us and I will continue to go to her first in future.

Caroline Metcalf always books our holidays she is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to find the perfect holiday. I contacted Caroline gave her an idea of what we wanted and she was straight back with some great deals for us to choose from. It was sorted and booked straight away no hassle at all. 5 star service as always thank you Caroline.
