As usual every time we use Hays, we get what we want and nothing we don't. We found a holiday in the window, went in and the adviser Claire helped us get the best deal. Highly recommended.

Jane was really helpful and professional, however the remainder of the staff were very unprofessional and distracting. They were showing something on someone's phone and laughing, shouting across the shop floor, being really loud, ignoring customers that came in, until I assumed the manager spoke to someone to deal with them, don't think I would use again
