Cath listen to every I wanted for my holiday, took into account my dad needed a disable room and sort everything out for us within 2-3 hours and we were all booked. Cath is professional at all times and I wouldn't book with anyone else.

Nothing was too much trouble for our agent Catherine. I was able to contact her out of normal office hours and get a reply within minutes every time ( and there were many times!!!)
