Hays Travel - Chelmsford レビュー 

We were sold a package that was much more expensive than the prices we found later with a quick search. No apology and no offer to make amends. This is very disappointing seeing that we have been loyal customers for many years. We are perfectly capable of booking our own holidays online and will not be using Hays in future.

Julia was friendly and extremely efficient. She found us a holiday that we were asking for, without any hassle.

We always try to book with Hays. Excellent customer service and always so helpful and price match where possible. We booked another holiday yesterday through Chelmsford with
Marney and Joanne. Both were very helpful and as always provided help and assistance wouldn’t book any where else

Never used Hays travel before, always used another company, but was pleasantly surprised how easy and how helpful they were, will be using them in the future.

I had never used Hays travel before but the ladies we saw in the branch in High Chelmer, Chelmsford were amazing they were so helpfull and patient with myself and my friend booking our holiday. I will not hesitate to recommend them to all my family and friends.

Debbie, in the Chelmsford store was more than helpful in arranging our holidays. She worked very hard to get us the holidays we wanted.
She and all the staff were very friendly.
