I spoke with Helen a few days before booking, explained what I wanted and accommodation I was interested in. I went into Hays Travel and met Helen, lovely lady, she knows her stuff!

Very Happy Clients
My friend and I went into Hays in Chester le Street on Wednesday 11th and were seen by Gemma who sorted a Nile Cruise for us, she was absolutely brilliant the computer connection was faulty so she rang the agent and sorted everything out on the phone for us leaving us very happy with the booking and leaving us looking forward to a wonderful holiday.
