We book most of our holidays with our local Hays Travel Chorley we get excellent service and advise by Carrie and her team.

The lady who dealt with us was excellent and new exactly what we wonted

Excellent. Travel Consultant Carrie listened to our requirements and repeated them spot on, presumably to make sure she understood exactly what we wanted. Researched a number of options to find the best deal financially and suitable flight times etc., Very professional, knowledgeable about the resort, polite and friendly. First time using Hays Travel and would definitely use again.

I have used Hays before but only for currency this is the first time for a holiday. Normally book myself on line but tried a human interface. I had a good idea of what I wanted but the travel agent was very friendly and helpful. First choice sadly not available but second choice secured and paid for.
