Megan was very friendly , reassuring and knowledgeable. She gave us lots of information on Monday and was equally as good on Tuesday when we went back to book. She even downloaded the apps for us.

The Travel Mastercard is brilliant but my only complaint is why, if I want to put sterling on it, is there such a rather large fee to pay?

Why go direct when you can book effortlessly through Hays Travel

We were helped by Megan in the Christchurch branch. She was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She found us a holiday that was exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressurised sales, which was fantastic. The service from the time we first stepped into the branch was excellent, much nicer to have that personal touch. Thank you x
