Claire was fantastic when booking my second family holiday to turkey, she made sure I was seated at the back due to my daughter needing to use the toilet. Followed Everything I asked for!!

Claire was very professional and efficient, lots of knowledge, & advice, always there if you need any questions answered about your upcoming holiday, will definitely book with her again, what a lovely girl she is 😊

I booked with Claire and was unsure of where I wanted to go it was my first holiday with my husband without our children she recommended somewhere I didn't think I would like. It was a great price and she answered all my concerns and I booked with her and it was the best holiday weve had. Friendly service, great prices, no question to big or small regarding your holiday needs or expectations. She has years of experience in the travel industry and has stayed at alot of the holiday recommendations she suggests so has experienced it first hand.

I contacted Claire after a recommendation from a colleague. I needed to book a family holiday and didn't want to spend endless hours going through travel websites. After providing the required departure airport, destination, dates, preferred accommodation facilities and budget, Claire replied promptly with some options that met the criteria spot on. Claire has personal knowledge/experience of the destination and with a single call to discuss some tailoring to the package, it was all booked very quickly. Claire provided a great, efficient service that was totally stress free that I would be very happy to use again. As a plus, the price quoted was even cheaper than if I had booked direct.

Prior to booking with Claire at Hayes Travel I had not been abroad on holiday for over 16 years and this was the first holiday I was taking my 9 year old son on as you can imagine I was slightly nervous in making sure the perfect holiday was chosen.

Claire assisted me in such a kind,caring,prompt,efficient and professional manner and took into consideration both me and my sons requirements. I couldn't have asked for anymore more she talked me through the booking process step by step she was absolutely amazing .

I will now only book and holidays through Claire and Hayes Travel I look forward for future bookings enjoying many holidays to come.

Depending on the occasion or time of year, myself and the girls take it in turns to book our holidays.
I have always suffered quite bad with anxiety and the thought of handling other peoples money and making sure our holiday was booked with a reputable company would send my anxiety through the roof! That was until a good few years ago I booked through Claire.
Claire always goes above and beyond to find us a place that not only caters for all our needs but also for all our budgets.

Known Claire awhile now , so always book through her if we can , she just makes my booking so easy , no hassle what you see is what you get and she always tries too get everything you ask for
