Very happy with the assistance from Janine when our river cruise was cancelled and she found us another holiday for the days we had planned to be away. Enjoying it very much now. 😊

Pensioners who travel
We always book with Hays travel. We are pensioners and appreciate the patience of the staff. They are always very helpfull and sort everything under one roof, especially when my husband messes up his password for the hays travel card on a few occasions THANKYOU

Friendly and really straight forward
Called in to Hays in Cleckheaton to book a holiday for the upcoming school summer holiday.
I spoke with Claire who after taking my requirements got to work really quickly in finding suitable destinations. She was great.
I was in and booked in 45mins, simple, hassle free.

I go in to book a holiday the whole…
I go in to book a holiday the whole time I feel rushed and she didn’t really look through hotels she looked at 3 which I didn’t really find helpful anyways I book the holiday which was very expensive for 3 nights it was extortionate I leave everything booked and later I get a call saying I can’t book because of my age which is fine I understand but they then said I won’t get my deposit back when you guys should know the age limitations, I got annoyed because 1. I can’t book my holiday 2 I have just lost 60£ so I ask her to try get my deposit back anyways I am getting my deposit back but the whole process was rubbish

Claire was very helpful and friendly. Gave us a few options for the Area we wanted to go to. Price matched the Tui website and also sorted out Aspire Lounge at Manchester Airport for us to boot. Made it very easy to book our Holiday to the Dom Rep in December.
