We walked into the shop to see if they could recommend a holiday destination for my wifes 70th Birthday celebration which is approaching in a few months time.
Sylvia looked through their files on the computer, making us feel at ease, asking various questions on our date and destination.
We thought she was very professional in her knowledge of flights, cruises etc.
She asked did we require a long or short flight, & which airport.
How many days did we want to stay at our destination, and as she asked questions we answered feeling positive & comfortable.
We all sat there in the comfort of the shops surroundings disgusting ideas to make this holiday perfect.
We discussed holiday insurance also & Sylvia stated what happens with the procedure & all the information was collected & put into the computer for future destinations.
We booked our holiday & Sylvia explained the next steps, to receiving our tickets via our home address to sorting out Travel money.
A few days later Sylvia rang to say would we be interested in one or two destinations whilst on holiday & if so she would book them in for us.
How professional & knowledgeable Sylvia showed to myself & My wife in making our holiday memorable.

The lady we booked with was very helpful, asking us if they could help with insurance and currency ,she was very informative
