Friendly and Helpful
Very friendly staff and really helpful. We visited the store just 15 minutes before closing but that didn't stop them from trying to find us the best deal. the Cockerton Branch of Hays is our "go to" store.

I was delighted with the service I received and resultant holiday choices
I received expert advice when booking my holiday at Hayes Travel. Much effort and consideration was put into the search for my ideal holiday by the booking agent. I felt that she translated my requirements in useful suggestions and, with her empathetic and patient approach, we found the fantastic deal which I booked there and then because I was so pleased with the result.
