We were greeted by the office manager Emma. Were first time cruisers and she answered all of our questions. After looking at a couple of cruise options we decided to book an Ambassador cruise to Iceland.
Very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

The young lady that sorted our boarding pass for flights and ship could not have been more helpful

I always book through Hays travel all the staff are delightful smart polite and easy to get on with this booking I dealt with Emma who was very good professional and proficient in her duties she is a credit to hays travel well done.

Who was very informative about where I wanted to go and booked exactly the right holiday for me and my husband thank you

Chloe was amazing and if she didn’t have the answer she researched the information and found the answer. So great to be actually able to talk to someone and have a local office to walk into if necessary. Definite worth the 5 stars I have awarded

Absolutely fantastic service
I have never booked or travelled abroad on my own before, so had lots of questions.
Chloe my agent was great, I had no idea where I wanted to go, apart from that I needed some sunshine.
And that it was a last minute booking.
I was given all the information I needed from start to finish clearly and concise.
Chloe made the whole thing a pleasure.
And made me walk out the agency with a smile on my face.

Went into Hays travel Colchester branch yesterday to book our trip to China. We were greeted by Lily who was very attentive and explained every option and made the booking a breeze and followed up with a couple of emails to comfirm our booking.
