Spoke to Chloe and booked holiday for nex t year.

Cloe was very efficient and helpful in finding the holiday we wanted , the same hotel we enjoyed in September.

Always book from Hayes as for person's of an age such as us, you take great care and even print booking passes etc. for us. Great service 😁

I had come into book a surprise holiday for my daughters 18th.
Lady who helped me find it was very helpful in the first place.
When came to book it in shop the young gentleman who booked it and helped me find seats, sort meals and book a lounge for me was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
His customer service was exceptional and he had a lovely manner about him and he made it a fun easy experience.
I can’t remember his name but works in Colchester branch and should be applauded and given a bonus 😀

The staff were extremely helpful and assisted with the finest details and questions. I have a battery mobility scooter which I took with me and all arrangements were made for this. Must say that Jet 2 were extremely helpful and efficient.

I knew what holiday I wanted,what dates, everything,so didn't take long to bring up the relevant details and was booked fairly quickly. I've booked several trips with Hayes and although some of the hotels were not good,I cannot blame Hayes for that

Prompt friendly greeting in the shop by Mykey who went through our options and dealt with tricky booking for cruise and airline. Grateful for additional help and advice from Emma.

Nothing was too much trouble for Emma at the Colchester branch. She was very helpful and went through a lot of things for me. She was very good.
