Excellent Service Alison was very helpful and efficient. She gave us a £100 off our holiday by using a rain check voucher and she even phoned the hotel to check on a fridge to store insulin.

They kept us updated at all times and when the correct package came up for us they kept the office open to allow us to complete the package

Have used Hayes for a number of years…
Have used Hayes for a number of years now and can't fault them. Recently moved so now use the Consett branch and have just booked our 2nd holiday with them. Both times I have dealt with Mia who is absolutely amazing. She asked what I wanted and I'm very fussy but she ticked every box spot on. 5* all day long.
