Easy to book and good explanation of choices with a match to the cheaper online price

We always use Hays Cramlington as the staff are so helpful and friendly especially Lisa. We always manage to get what we wanted.

Just popped in to book a holiday for november in morocco with a friend that i saw on jet2 page. Young woman was very friendly and helpful,and was able to offer same price i saw advertized.

Did us proud once again.

We were exhausted with looking for our type of holiday on line, we had left it late to book. I spoke with Faye in Cramlington and she got on the case for us and soon came up with options. The next day we were able to book exactly what we wanted in branch. The staff are so good and the customer service is second to non, I know this because I used to teach it.
