Really friendly and knowledgeable staff helped to booked the perfect for us

They were very helpful to find my holiday that I wanted and it was a great service and I booked my holiday straight away

My friend and I went in to pick our tickets up for Crete and spoke to Lisa(manager) who sat with us and got us another holiday for next year we have a fantastic rapport with the staff and always are dealt with respect .If we have any queries they are happy to help or sort them out .To be fair my friend and I never go anywhere else to book our holidays xx Thank you Lisa and team at Hays Cramlington
