A warm welcome and Ryan very helpful from the beginning to finding us the ideal hotel with a water park to cater for our 14 year old granddaughter and her friend

Sam at Hays Travel Crewkerne is absolutely amazing. He has arranged several holidays for us. He is so friendly and efficient. Always remembers who we are and greets us with a smile and a cheery hello. We wouldn't go anywhere else to book our holidays.

Excellent, professional, polite and knowledgable, staff are amazing, especially Stacey at the Crewkerne office, booked several holidays with them now and I cannot fault them.
