Great insight and support.

We have used Hays travel to organise and book our holiday 2 years in a row. It makes it so much easier and their knowledge is very helpful. Only 7 weeks till our holiday and so looking forward to it

Great experience - Sam at Crewkerne was great he was very patient and polite as we explained what we had in mind and put together a package for us. Just hoping our 30th anniversary cruise goes ahead as we had to cancel our 25th due to Covid.

Really felt listened to, with great options given. Didn’t feel pressured or rushed to make my booking decisions and when I did book the information relayed was very clear

Stacey was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Friendly, engaged and honest.
Usually I scan the web for weeks to narrow down suitable options, read reviews etc…
She had it all booked in for us in one hour. Plus we can pay monthly which meant we could upgrade and have plenty of time to save for excursions.
What’s not to like?!

We are currently in Spain having had a terrible airport experience because my mother was misled by Hays Travel consultants.

My parents visited Hays Crewkerne in person as they wanted a personalized and reassuring experience where they felt looked after and confident in their booking.
Being of an older generation, both parents were pleased with the service offered and were delighted that a perk of booking with Hays was that they had hold luggage allowance for all six passengers. Mum was so pleased about this and enthusiastically relayed this to us all months ago. At check in, we were told that there was no hold luggage allowance for 6 people. We had to empty suitcases and rely on the goodwill of a RyanAir check in desk attendant to reduce the amount of luggage we needed to check in. We still had to pay over 70 pounds at the desk. They assured us that if we spoke to Hays- who had given Mum 6 luggage labels for the hold bags, she was sure that they would refund us and equally, sort out arrangements for the return journey.

Mum called Hays in tears yesterday after the humiliation of it all whilst waiting to board the plane. They were not helpful and simply pointed out that she was mistaken. They made no offers to help and she had to repeatedly ask them for help with booking luggage in for the return journey. It was horrible to see her so upset. She is such an honest and sincere person and would NEVER knowingly make such an error but she was made to feel foolish by Hays staff. After specifically requesting a call back this morning, Mum has remained concerned.
This morning staff did call us. Once again, there was no offer to help/ refund. Mum asked for help to arrange the return luggage costs to avoid further difficulties at Malaga airport this coming Thursday. She has just come off of the phone. Staff have said they are unable to help, we will have to incur additional costs again and have the offered no help whatsoever. The ENTIRE point of booking with Hays was for the peace of mind guarantee. A personal touch. Feeling looked after- this has been disastrous.
They will never book with Hays again. It is so awful to see Mum so upset as she is not confrontational and will never make a fuss.
Nobody explained luggage weights and allowance thoroughly to her. Upon receipt of 6 tags and having had conversations where she was told they would have 'plenty' of weight space for everyone and that it was ok because Hays were looking after them, she was utterly shocked to learn that this was not reflected in the booking at the desk.

Shaun in the office was very efficient,polite & capable in arranging my flights to Australia & back.
The offer of a tea or coffee would have been nice considering the 40 mins I spent in the shop

I have used Hayes Travel, several times far and wide to book holidays abroad and in the UK.
I have ALWAYS had amazing service and great holidays.
