We had a positive start to the booking process - staff in the Crook branch always recognise and welcome us. Our booking on this occasion was organised by Chelsey, who did an excellent job.

Young lady who I booked holiday was most helpful pleasant and patient while I decided where to go showing me various hotels to choice from as I keep swapping and changing till I picked the right one to suit me

Excellent service as normal. Chelsey was very thorough in researching our requirements in a very professional and friendly manner. Use Crook branch for any holiday we are considering and all staff are very knowledgable and friendly with any questions given to them.
