Never used a Travel company before
Never used a Travel company before. Service & contact / communication was excellent. Took all the worry out of trying to organise a multi island stay with transfers & ferries.
Would recommend using Hays again.

Amazing customer service
Cameron was fantastic he saved our cruise. Due to a mishap on the way to the airport we missed our flight for the cruise. Explained what had happened to Cameron and then he weaved the Hays magic. Within an hour he had liased with the cruise company and secured flights for us to join the cruise at one of the ports of call. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Went in to enquire about Rome. Amy listened to where we wanted to fly from & where to stay. She looked into the types of hotels available, gave us 3 choices pricing each & we booked there & then. Fab efficient service. Thank you

Big birthday cruise. Danielle was so helpful when we were looking to make a booking for a future cruise explaining everything that was on offer. We got a great price and a brilliant cruise can't wait.
