Good job done with a patient rep as I couldn’t make my mind up on dates and location.
Eventually with David’s help I got the holiday I wanted

Asked David to try and find a 4-5 day break to Rome for me and my partner. Within half an hour he had a few options for me to look at. I've chosen one of them. He explained everything in detail making the whole process very easy, I will gladly use David again

David has been exceptional with dealing with my request even sorting things for me at 9pm on a Sunday night has gone to all lengths to make sure I had everything I required could not recommend this guy high enough. If your looking to book with hays speak to David won’t be disappointed trust me

I’d noticed a holiday advertised via FB, it was great to be able to discuss my options with a person, Dave provided a number of alternatives for me to consider & gave local info to support my decision. The booking process was easy & Dave processed it quickly, following it up with clear confirmation. A very easy and pleasant process throughout & it was a pleasure to book our holiday in this way. We Will definitely chose Hays Travel/Dave Atkinson again.

Ask David to pick a a hotel, to suit myself and husband, and very quickly came back with a hotel, we checked it out , it was perfect. And everything from then on has went smoothly, can't fault David

David went way and beyond helping us find the perfect holiday. After a lot of searching and questions, we found what we were looking for.
On top of all that that he even done the check-in for us, so all we have to do is turn up for the flight.
I would recommend him to anyone for booking a holiday.

David was very helpful and patient in pricing different hotels for us and getting us the best price for a 5 star hotel with half board basis. will definitely use David again.
