Very helpful as I’ve come to expect from our local Hays Travel shop. Very friendly staff who are able to provide helpful advice and knowledge.

We wen tin knowing when and which area we wanted to go to. Found just what we were looking for. I’d attempted to look online, however it’s much easier to go into the shop.

Colette was very efficient ,helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Our requests were dealt with ease ,courtesy and consideration

The staff were very helpful in booking my trip, lot`s of time spent getting the right flight times etc . I would recommend them.

Just popped in to the shop as we had seen a holiday we fancied in the window, colette was really helpful in showing us what was on offer and all the hotels pictures, flights and airport information, this was emailed to me straight away so we could look over it at our leisure, we later rang her back and all holiday was booked and paid, couldn't of asked for a better experience

So pleased we visited Hays Travel. Hayley was our agent and she was great. We said what we wanted and she talked us through it and booked it for us. We will definitely use them again.

All the staff at dawlish hays travel are all very helpful and cheerful, nothing is to much borther for them. A great team, well done.

The travel agent who helped us with our booking, was brilliant & we felt reassued we were in good hands.

Colette from Hays travel Dawlish Devon has been an absolute gem. She's supported me through every step of the way , and there's been a few bumps, non of Hays travels making, through booking my first ever solo trip to Poland. She's gone above and beyond and I can quite honestly say I won't be going ahead with it without her support. All the staff in the Dawlish branch have been amazing. Thank you all and I'll be back, well actually I have already booked again though them for next year.

We had spent hours searching on the internet. Due to shift work we had a Tuesday to a Monday for annual leave. With 6 days to go we booked to go into our local Hays Travel. Emails with Caitlyn outlined our requirements. On arrival she had sourced 3 holidays for us and whilst there patiently searched for others and explained why cruises were out. In 60 minutes everything, parking, flight seats , shuttlebus, currency, excursions, everything was booked. Brilliant. You need people who know what they are doing. Thank you Caitlyn

Collette was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were a group of 5 adults and 1 child. After listening to what we wanted Collette came up with some great flights, at a competitive price.
She also helped with travel insurance for those of us that needed it.
We all left feeling we had been helped by someone who cared about her clients.

Recently I booked a holiday thru Hayes Travel in Dawlish. After messaging them as I saw an ad for a hol I was keen on , I spoke to Colette who was friendly helpful and professional. She returned my call soon afterwards to advise me of need to know info . I agreed to pay deposit asap . Job done star quality serve , thanks Colette.
